(More customer reviews)Been using this for about 9 years. If I sense a cold or sinus headache coming on, I immediately take the Olive Leaf. I double the dose to kick the ailment out faster, but wouldn't recommend that unless you know your own body and what your Dr. says. I use natural herbs and meds all the time, for about 10 years now. This product is in my TOP 5 and I always have it in my cabinet and a few pills in my purse. It's the liquid form in a capsule. If I already have a cold or sinus headache, I take the product in double dose and have to have a little patience as it takes an hour-ish for it to kick out the headache. WELL WORTH THE WAIT because you are healing yourself and not just masking symptoms that return when the numbness wears off from pain killers.
