(More customer reviews)I couldn't disagree more with Carrie. This multi is the best I've tried. I worked in the nutrition field for quite some time, and I've tried many. The extra micro-nutrients I believe are key to maximizing a multi's benefit. After taking this one on a regular basis, I really noticed if I missed a day. It helps to keep your energy level stable, and I even started getting random compliments from strangers on how nice my skin looked (definitely a plus!) after taking it for a few months. I do recommend it.
