(More customer reviews)I have a bordeline glucose problem that is normal now if I eat right, and since I have been taking these vitamins I have more energy and feel better. The dosage is two tablets but I take One mid morning and one in the evening..with meals, People on medicationas should take vitamins at times different than their meds,and is always a good thing to drink a glass of water with meds or vitamins.
The gel tabs are large, so those of you that have a problem swallowing pills may
have a problem. Prompt delivery and packed well.
