(More customer reviews)I've read the research on creatine and this is the brand that's been used in the best studies- that's why I chose this particular kind. I skip the loading and maintenance phases because there are studies showing that you can gain lean muscle by just taking this stuff immediately before and after your workout- thus, why take more when you can get good results with less? Also, keep in mind that there are no studies showing its long-term safety when consumed daily. I suspect its safe, but you never know...
