(More customer reviews)when i work out in combination with taking anadrox i do lose more weight. if i take it without working out for a while it only gives me energy without the jitters but the weight lose is not significant when i am not working out. i like this product though. i have taken it on and off for two years and it is the best that i have found with out the racing heart and jitters. the only thing i will say it that the first day or two it gives me headaches but i think its from not drinking enough water and i get dehydrated(aside from the fact that the nitric in it is a vasodialator so that might be why too)
