on the flip side, those of you with allergies to soy will find that the natto works initially. however, it will loose effectiveness because those of us allergic will begin to get sicker on the natto. FYI, another source of natto that is not from soy is Nattozimes from swanson vitamins dot com. those of you with allergies and a tight budget may want to check out swanson vitamins first because it's only a fraction of the cost of the Nattokinase. interesting too, those allergic to soy will find the Nattozimes from swanson works better, which is hard to imagine because Nattokinase works well (at first). at least that was my experience.

(More customer reviews)Heads up for anyone who is soy or estrogen sensitive.
I purchased this brand as it stated "contains No soybeans" and I am estrogen sensitive. After taking it for a little over a week I noticed continually worsening soreness and pain in my breasts. I contacted the manufacturer and was advised that one of the K2 ingredients did come from Natto (which comes from fermented soybeans) and would be a phytoestrogen.
I am sure the product is great for anyone that is not estrogen sensitive. I did like the small size of the capsule. They were also very nice on the phone for advice. I did not buy this direct from their company and so cannot return it for a refund.

(More customer reviews)I was told I might have a deficit in Vitamin A, so I picked this up, and took it for about a month or so. No side effects, and if anything it actually might have made my skin look more vibrant/younger. I no longer take it because I switched to a multi and dont want to overdose, but for those who dont take a multi and need vitamin a for skin care / acne / etc, I would say go for this brand. No complaints, pills are really tiny, and very high IU for the price!

I am using it to concoct "mixed drinks", meaning the superfood variety. This is fantastic mixed in with Garden Greens Tomato VegeSplash. I am also stirring it into my basic green superfood "breakfast" drink.
I appreciate that this is a whole food source of beta carotene. In addition to the nutritional benefit, it also adds beautiful color and vibrant flavor to other superfood beverages.

(More customer reviews)I was diagnosed with Osteopenia several years ago and I could not reverse it while taking MRM Bone Maximizer III.
Since I hate to take a bunch of capsules I looked around for something that had all the trace minerals you need in it. I found one but there was something in it I was allergic to.
I searched for one capsule that had all the Trace Minerals I would need to add to my Calcium/Magnesium regimen and this fit the bill.
I take one capsule a day and finally for the first time I finally got my osteopenia to reverse some.
I'm sure it's a combination of what I've been taking but if you have a lot of sensitivities to things like me, you have to take more things to eliminate problems.
I really like this. And the capsules are not too big so that is great too.
And the price here is great. I wish they would put it on subscribe and save.
