(More customer reviews)After reading several of Bruce Fife's books (and they were wonderfully easy-to-read for the non-scientific type), I decided to give coconut oil a try to help with losing weight and getting my blood sugar under control. As a non-medication taking, recently diagnosed diabetic, I want to try whatever natural remedies I can find to stay off insulin and other diabetes meds, in addition to meds for cholesterol, etc. I tried taking a teaspoon or two with meals and a teaspoon btw meals and my blood sugar numbers were noticeably lower the same day. (Fife says the suggested dose is 3-4 tbs/day). The taste of this brand is fantastic, light and creamy with a delicious coconutty taste! I love coconut so I was able to eat it right from the jar, but I also tried it spread on a Wasa Crisp bread--WOW, what an easy way to get MCFAs into your diet! I will definitely be using this instead of any oils for all my cooking needs (except a little EVOO mixed together with this for salad dressing.) Also, I'm using on my skin and it feels really soft, plus you also get the internal benefits from using it on your skin! GREAT PRODUCT!

I am a licensed esthetician who does facials for a living and after reading an article by Dr.Murad decided to find a multi-vitamin with the vitamins he suggests for healthy skin. I chose this product and have been very satisfied. Despite 2 family members getting sick recently I have stayed healthy, whether it is luck or due to this vitamin I am not sure haha. Love the small size, amazing that everything you need can fit into this small capsule. Makes you think the larger vitamins have a lot of fillers or are not in their purest form. Would definitely recommend Mikroling!

Conditioner Whenever 11 Ounces Review

(More customer reviews)Like another reviewer, I have sensitive skin and have also used tons of natural/organic type hair and body products. This one caused me NO irritation what so ever. Generally shampoo or conditioners do make my skin a bit red, but this one did not. I feel for the other reviewer though, it sounds like maybe an allergy like you said?
So you know, I have fine curly hair- and depending on my shampoo/conditioner, can be shiny ringlets or dry, wavyish, frizzy, knotty curls. This stuff works great on my hair. Makes it fresh and clean, but does not dry it out. I would compare it to the expensive "make your hair feel like baby hair" products I've tried that are way to expensive for daily use.
I highly recommend it. I also recommend the same version of their shampoo.

I purchased the Thin-to-Thick pack (shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum, and hairspray) and it really thickened my hair noticeably. The increased thickness made my hair less brittle so it was no longer breaking. The serum actually stimulated hair growth all over my head so the few thinnish patches in my hair will soon be filling in.

(More customer reviews)Best shampoo ever! The only REAL shampoo I've ever used! The first time I used it, I wondered why I had spent 28 years using junk on my hair.
This really gets your hair cleaner than anything! You run your fingers over the wet hair, and it literally squeaks clean! There is no waxy residue like many other commercial shampoos leave in your hair. I was a little worried it would leave my hair unmanageable, but it came out so soft and no tangles! Adds quite a bit of body and bounce.
It's supposed to have ingredients that help you grow even more hair, and one thing I've noticed is that a lot less hair comes off my head when I brush now.
The MAIN reason I got this shampoo is because it has NO sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates! That stuff is used in clinical trials to IRRITATE the skin so that they can test lotions and creams. It causes an allergic reaction in some people, builds up in your skin and can hurt your immune system. I really wanted to get away from it. This brand (JASON) does not put any of that in any of their products.
