(More customer reviews)I think this product is great, it has both fast, medium and slowly digesting proteins in it. The medium digesting protein is soy, and many people choose to stay away from it because of it's estrogenic effects, however many studies now show that soy is perfectly fine to use, and actually has many many good health benefits (lower cholesterol, higher levels of arginine, etc). You should do your research before you choose to take a product that includes soy, I will say that my conclusion is that it is just fine.
The actual performance gains coming from this were actually quite good, I definitely had some good performance improvements at the gym when using this product.
The taste of this protein was actually pretty good for me, I actually liked the taste of this protein more than Optimum Nutrition 100% whey.
Now the downside: WAY too expensive. By these prices right now, this is actually as much as 30-40% more expensive than Optimum Nutrition. This is the reason why I stay away from it, it may be a good product, but it's pricing doesn't make it competitive with 100% whey product.

Some time ago I had decided to overhaul my life style with some exercise, weight loss, and a natural supplement to go along with my prescription medication, in hopes of possibly easing my dependency on the prescription meds. So far that hasn't happened. I still need to take my regular meds along with this supplement. But one thing I have noticed is that my blood pressure is better since taking this. Some of the favorable results can be attributed to my better life style of course. But in all honesty I am not exactly killing myself with exercise either. I really do think this combination of ingredients is doing something positive, and working well with my prescription meds..
Blood pressure supplements are numerous, and easy to find online, as well as here on Amazon. It can be pretty daunting to read through all the ingredients and various reviews and try to make a decision as to what is really the most effective. I have tried many of them myself over the years. All I can tell you is that once you start getting into any research as far as natural blood pressure supplements, you start seeing the same ingredients showing up a lot. Hawthorn berry extract, juniper, garlic bulb, valerian, and horsetail leaf just to name a few of the most popular ones that pop up often. For me, it became a simple choice of finding the most comprehensive supplements that had not only the most of these ingredients, but a reasonable dosage of them as well. I cannot tell you that HCN is the very best at what it contains, but it certainly is very close to the top as far as providing one their moneys worth in regards to both the variety of ingredients, and a decent size dosage of them as well. And, all at a price that is a downright bargain in comparison to many others with similar statistics. (Don't be fooled by a lot of the other supplements that seem to be a better bargain with a lot more pills. Most of the other supplements require a dose of 4 to 6 capsules or pills a day. The HCN dosage is 2 a day). HCN is a very comprehensive BP supplement that is not only reasonably priced, but more importantly seems to be providing me some favorable results in a lowering of my blood pressure over the last 4 months or so I have been using it.
