It provides a balance of all natural ingredients that support the total body and the benefit to me was that my hair (which typically is like watching grass grow) grew so quickly I didn't even know it! I have natural hair in locs. I finally realized I had to groom my locs every 2 weeks because I was looking less than sleek. In the back of my mind I wondered what was going on but never brought that thought to the forefront. I have had to start new locs because temple hair that was non-existent has come back strongly. I have more hair per square inch than before all over my head especially in the crown which was thinning noticibly. I can start new locs all over but will transition to just natural over the next 1-2 years.
Now that I am coming to the end of my 2nd bottle in a year (yes, I was terrible at consistency) I realize this is the only difference in my grooming and healthcare regimen (other than adding exercise) so must be the reason my hair has grown. I tried locs before but there was hardly any growth the 1st 1.5 years. Even this time the growth was incredibly slow. I started these vitamins in May 2010 and my hair was just under 2 inches long. Now my locs are 7 inches and I have decided to give this a real review. I will update Amazon with my progress. Ethnic ladies - you need to look at these ingredients! This is the poo! Cougars - CALL TO ATTENTION! If it works on ethnic hair growth which is typically very slow, it will work for anyone.
