The price is reasonable and I am happy that it is available with extra vitamin D, since it is now known that all people in the northern states need more D in the winter when we don't get much sun exposure. My 6 year old has been taking these since he was 4 without any problems. I'm glad that he started "swallowing pills" at a young age because now it won't be any big deal as he gets older. He had no concept whatsoever that it was hard to swallow a pill. I just told him to put it at the back of his mouth and swallow it like it was a bite of food and drink some water with it. No problem whatsoever. The children can chew them, but my son didn't care for the taste. The price here is much better than the local health food store, though we do give them lots of business ;).
