(More customer reviews)I was unsure when I first bought this product if it would be effective. I'm skeptical about most weight loss products, but I have to say that this one works great. There are many beneficial vitamins inside that help you lose weight AND it suppresses your appetite. The worst part about dieting (in my opinion) is being hungry all the time and having to put up with getting headaches and feeling awful. This gets rid of that completely. You just mix it in your drink and down it FAST. Don't let it sit as this stuff expands in water, so it must be downed right when you mix it in. I have already lost about 3 pounds in the last week (with exercise).
