I love taking the calcium after dinner with some water--easy to take, tastes nice. Almost is "fun" compared to regular vitamins. High quality product that provides the calcium and vitamin D I need for strong bones, and is a natural product NOT derived from any animal-ingredients. D2 Ergocalciferol, not cholecalciferol. Just know that this product is recommended to be refrigerated, but in some ways this is preferred, because it's an easy reminder when you're prepping for dinner and getting food out of the fridge. Take your calcium-magnesium-vit D in this great liquid form!
