(More customer reviews)Happy to have found Sundown Naturals B Complex at Amazon (for a great price, as usual). It's difficult to find this, or any, B-complex vitamin that doesn't contain megadoses of B vitamins, either online or in-store.
Each one-tablet (small--8 mm dia.) vegetarian-based serving provides 100% RDA of thiamin (B-1), riboflavin (B-2), Niacin, B-6, folic acid, and B-12 (along with trace calcium 35 mg). B-vitamins are water-soluble, which means that excess is eliminated. However, there are upper tolerable intake levels (ULs, aka maximum doses) for some of these supplements. And with all the energy drinks and foods fortified with B-vitamins, it's easy to consume higher-than-recommended doses.
The Sundown Naturals B Complex is a good base for someone who wants to ensure they're getting their B-vitamin recommended daily allowance without taking megadoses. (There's always the option of taking more than 1 more than 1X/day.)
