(More customer reviews)I was recommended to take this from my accupuncturist for hypoglycemia and PMS/stress. The smell and the taste WAS so bad that I had to force myself to take this for the first few days (plus I paid $30 for them so I wasn't going to throw it away).
A week later I noticed something different about me. I wasn't getting angry at family about every little thing. I was more calm, understanding, and forgiving.
About a month ago I ran out and was too lazy to order some more. During that time I was back to my old self. I was yelling at the family for stupid little things. So I caved in and order a bottle ASAP.
I highly recommend this for those who often feel stressed or moody (or short-tempered). The benefit you get from this outweighs the smell and the taste, which you should be able to get over in a couple of weeks. I've been taking since February of this year and I'll keep on taking it forever.
