(More customer reviews)The maximum "safe" dosage of vitamin B6 is 100mg per day from all sources, including food, so I'm surprised that it's so hard to find smaller doses than 100mg. This isn't one of those vitamins that you can just expel if you've had too much. This is particularly important if you are pregnant.
Now, I know it's water soluble, but my doc and online sources including the Mayo Clinic and the National Institute of Health all say you have to be careful to not overdose with B6. It's different than vitamin C that you can just pee away.
I take three of these per day plus my multi which has 20mg in it, and that meets my needs while leaving a little breathing room for the B6 I get from food (usually just a couple mg per day which is itself about 100% of the RDA.) I take three of these instead of one big vitamin also because I need sustained release, not all coming into my system at once.
I like that it's a dark glass jar with a metal lid and cotton inside. No plastic touches the vitamins (which isn't a deal-breaker for me of course, just kinda nice.)
