Drug-store stuff doesn't work, and every prescription medicine I've used has stopped working after a year or two. I started using Pollen Block several years ago and it is the best stuff I've ever used. Works for winter indoor mold/fungus allergies too. Everyone in my family, from my 6-year old daughter on up, relies on this stuff, as well as many friends who I have recommended it to. It is completely safe--start with one pill a day in March, before your Pollen allergies flare up, for best results. It takes a few days to kick in. When hay fever hits, try two in the morning/two at night. Again, this is the best allergy medicine I have ever tried. I can't recommend it strongly enough!
