(More customer reviews)My son, who is anemic, won't take iron supplements anymore. The taste is just terrible. He does, however, love cherry, so when I found these vitamins I was very excited and hopeful. Within a second after putting it in his mouth, he gagged. I thought he was playing around, so I popped one in my mouth, and immediately spit it out. The taste of these chewables is just horrendous. There's a very strong aftertaste, which I'm assuming comes from the higher amount of iron. It's so unpleasant, however, that it can't be overcome and therefore renders this purchase wasted for me.
