(More customer reviews)This is a very good quality, food-based vitamin (which means that they are getting their vitamins and minerals from natural sources that our bodies know what to do with instead of sources that we cannot/do not process [or process very well]). Think Vitamin C from an orange instead of Vitamin C from a source in nature that you would not normaly eat. It also means that there are no synthetic sources, some of which have been shown as possibly detrimental to our health (e.g., synthetic vitamin E). Sign up for this through the Amazon's Subscribe & Save program, and this is a deal that is hard to beat. WARNING for those who experience difficulty taking pills: These pills are not the largest I've seen, but they are pretty big. Also, they smell bad--I mean as in "holey-moley these things stink something fierce" kind of bad. My wife complains every time I hand her one of these. But, like I said, it is a good quality vitamin. And, no, not all vitamins are created equally, which is why you pay more for the good ones. Good health everyone!
