(More customer reviews)This is the new chapter immune boosting vegetarian probiotics in capsule form. The picture with the description is old (I guess ;-) as the bottle I received is what you would get from Whole Foods or a similar store even though it is the same item.
I use these probiotics to help with my allergies. Since allergies are an over reaction of the immune system I thought these capsules might help and they do. While they do not completely remove my allergy symptoms (I take Zyrtec for that) they do help quite a bit, especially in the spring and fall when my allergies are at their worst.
I would do some Google research before committing to anything you haven't tried yet. Based on my personal experience this product does give your immune system a boost or at least helps your body better regulate it. After about two or three days there was a noticeable difference (i.e. a lessening of the nasal congestion and goopy eyes my allergies cause).
One side note, if you are taking these for the first time you may experience some bowel softening for the first few days. On an ongoing basis this would probably be a good thing for those that need a bit of regulation.
