It works very well, just be careful of taking O.T.C meds and other workout pills or powders (no caffeine)at the same time. Methylburn is a very strong acting fat burner and there is really no need to take anything else while using it. Please read side affects and precautions before starting.I am a female 5'7" I weighed 145lbs when I started. I've been losing about 5 pounds a week on Methylburn. I do eat healthy and lift weights but could not have lost so much so fast without this product!
