(More customer reviews)I'm hypersensitive to ultraviolet light & take all the appropriate precautions - all year long even tho I live in northern clime. Found this item on internet and that it has been popular for a few years in New Zealand where ultraviolet sensitivity is an issue. I started using it during summer & vacations a couple of years ago, after my dermatologist said it seemed harmless & was worth a try, as an added precaution. Have had no ill effects from it, and take it only on days when I will be travelling or out walking in the sun a lot. The good thing is you do not have to take it daily and build up a certain level in your system. It's simply a short-lived insurance policy of added protection. I gave it 4 stars because the research on it was done by top dermatologists at Harvard & it seems well tolerated... but since I have no idea if it's really doing anything to help I can't give it 5.
