(More customer reviews)This definitely has the "perpetual pump" but it also comes with perpetual insomnia. Good luck trying to sleep. I used this product for three months and defiantly saw results. My arms got bigger and my abs popped out. Keep in mind that I could only get about 3 hrs of sleep. Since I couldn't sleep I was working out from 12 am to 2 am in addition to my regular morning workout. I lowered the dosage and only took it in the morning but it was all the same... I like it.
