(More customer reviews)This is a natural sleep aid that really does work but...you can get the exact same effect by taking plain melatonin which costs $10.00 or less. I have used both and the plain melatonin actually works faster and more effectively because I actually stay asleep through the night. A lot of prescription sleep medications don't work as well as these do.Also you may need 4 capsules a night.
