You can chew them and they taste like strawberry....no fishy taste. He loves them. I love that they help him. Worth the money and peace of mind. People are so quick to use adhd meds, when they should give this a try...I am not a doctor...but it has really helped my son a lot. I would check with the doctor to be sure it is okay. I am thankful for them. Not a miracle cure...but they do help.
