This covers most of the essential vitamin and mineral bases, and you don't have to add too many more supplements beyond calcium and fish oil and maybe CoQ10. Unlike another reviewer, I have had no problem taking this capsule, and I do not find it to be over-sized. Amazon's price is right. I think it's a good deal in every respect.
