(More customer reviews)When taken between meals I have found this product very effective in combatting inflammation. I cannot tolerate two tablets daily, so I take one in the evening about two hours before retiring. It's taken care of hip pain that I have had for a number of years. I don't know why this works over ibuprofen, but for me it does. If I stop taking it the pain returns.
