(More customer reviews)This is a good whey based protein powder, which is more preferable than soy-based. Whey is derived from cow's milk, but since there is no casein I am not allergic to it, eventhough I am lactose intolerant. Most people who are lactose intolerant don't realize that they are only allergic to the casein, which incidentally is not found in goat or sheep dairy either.
