(More customer reviews)I have tried a variety of B Complex supplements and these are the only ones that I have noticed immediate results from. The energy is not like a cup of coffee, but rather a calm energy and focus. I have to say, however, these took awhile for me to get use to. I almost thought I could not deal with the taste, but after awhile I adjusted and the taste really does not bother me now. This is a great product by Source Naturals. They make quality products and I have liked everything I have tried from this company.
