(More customer reviews)I took a step forward and ordered this tea online. I gave it four stars cause a few of the bags had the tea spilled out of them... probably from shipping? Pau D'Arco tea helps with cravings, is a slight laxative, and has diuretic effects. I drink it twice daily. Once in the morning with my green tea (same cup),and once at night before I go to bed. To me, this tea is good. It has a slight Anise taste. I'd probably go to Whole Food's market to find it, but I'm glad that Amazon had it. The shipping was quick.
