Six months ago I asked my doctor to include a test for the level of Vitamin D in my annual blood work. It turns out I was low, and a lot of this has to do with most of us now using sunscreen/sunblock and staying out of the sun, plus the fact I don't drink much milk.
I ordered these and for the first 2 weeks I took 2 soft gels per day. I then decreased my dose to one per day. Two weeks ago I had follow-up blood work and my Vitamin D level is now normal. I just feel better overall since I've been taking these.
Best of all, no stomach upset or burping up the taste like some vitamins do to me.
