(More customer reviews)I'm a 58 y.o.male who has suffered with arthritis type pain in my shoulders for several years and have had difficulty even pulling the blankets away to get out of bed. I have used Glucosamine & Chondroitin (G&C) for the same amount of time with limited success.
I purchased this pack and after taking it every day for several days along with G&C, I realized that about 95% of my pain was gone! I was amazed.
I don't have much faith in the single tablets that supposedly have all the vitamins and minerals you need.
This is the best.
