Well, "Brahmi" is nothing else than Gotu Kola, it is just another name for the same thing, and it was said it would work wonders for hair and skin.
If you google Gotu Kola or Brahmi you find alot of articles about the health benefits of this plant. I cannot say anything about the hairgrowth or skin part, but I noticed a tremendous improvement in overall wellbeing. My sleep pattern improved and I am overall "happier". I have used "St.Johns Word" before - and I can say: This here works faster and makes you feel really good.
