(More customer reviews)When I saw my doctor in August for kneecap pain, he did an MRI and on my left knee which showed that I have no cartilage left on my patella and would need a knee replacement. I work union construction and unfortunately, I had been out of work for nearly a year and a half and just went back in August a few weeks before this started. The job is supposed to last a year and really could not tafford to quit to have a knee replacement and won't be eligible for disability for a few more months. So my doctor suggested a joint supplement containing Glucosamine and Chondroitin.
I started taking this stuff about 3 months ago and with daily use have been able to cut back from 600mg Advil 4x a day to 200mg once a day, before bed. I still have some soreness at the end of the day but nothing like it used to be. I was planning on just holding out until I could qualify for disability but this supplement is working so well I look forward to being able to continuing working throught the rest of this job. I can't say that it will work for all of you but I would highly recommended trying it out.
