(More customer reviews)These are by far the best L-Lysine tables available. They're coated so they don't dissolve on your tongue before you swallow them or leave that powdery taste in your mouth. The coating also makes them easy to swallow. The tablets are relatively large, but they have to be large since they contain 1 gram (1,000 mg) of L-Lysine. They're also substantially less expensive per mg than the 500 mg tablets, which is good since conditions like osteoporosis, shingles, cold sore, and herpes require high serum concentrations of L-Lysine be maintained during treatment.
