Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 2 Vcaps 3 times daily with meals.
I take 2 caps twice daily so the bottle should last me 25 days. 4 a day seems plenty to me. Its priced about right, there's no noticeable side effects and the caps are easily swallowed. There is a lot of supportive research available lauding the cholesterol lowering benefits of plant sterols and, there is also good evidence that it's good for prostate health.
No problems here and I do intend to buy the product again.
