(More customer reviews)First off, the 10 pieces are: 4 cups, 4 lids, and 2 ice packs. There is a little room between the 1 cup mark and the top of the lid to allow for a removable ice pack. The cups and lids are safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave and the freezer. The ice packs, obviously, are freezer safe, just keep them out of the microwave and the dishwasher. To clean the ice packs, hand wash with warm water and a cloth. To use them, simply snap one in place under one of the lids.
The lids snap in place on the cups at four places, making them quite secure. This product is handy for both portion control and travel; it is also rather attractive!
