(More customer reviews)I ordered this item last month, had a little issue with my order, but did not attempt to contact for customer service as I have had some not good experiences in the past with another different company (bgh). Anyways, menscience contacted me on their own and sent me a free month supply to make up for it, which I consider to be a generous way to care about customers satisfaction. Also, aside from all of this, the product is great.
