I had been on an extensive vitamin and amino-acid program, and I even noticed better effects of boost and clarity with this. Also this product actually replaces all the different vitamins and other supplements I take, it is packed with a massive amount of different vitamins, amino-acids, herbs, etc. that if I bought them all separately it would cost an astronomical amount. So great price for all the supplements you would ever need in one bottle. At one ounce a day and this bottle being 16 ounces, it would take 2 bottles per month -- i.e. $40 a month. May seem steep to some, but if you are someone who is active in your life-style or want to not be susceptible to being sick -- then it is well worth it. I am going to purchase more and feel confident on buying from this company!! Thank you for existing and providing this product!!
