I took this early in the morning before my workout and it gave me so much energy during my workout! And I'm talking just half the bottle! I was able to go a lot longer without getting tired and still had energy to spare afterwards. I had enough energy left over to even get through an extra workout in the evening, which is amazing! The drink is high in caffine but it did not increase my heartrate and I was able to go to sleep that night. And the icing on the cake was it suppressed my appetite!! Which is a blessing since I'm on a weight loss program. This stuff is great! I highly recommend this to anyone on an intense workout routine. Of course, you should ask your doctor before taking this or any other supplementation.
