I already feel that it's benefited me greatly and serves well as a substitute for the traditional pharmaceutical anti-deppressants such as Prozac. I was experiencing frequent depressive moods, low physical as well as mental energy, and frequent extreme worrying. This product has helped me to feel more energized in a positive way, as well as inspired a happier and more balanced mood in me. I noticed some of the benefits after only have been on it for a few days, which is definitely a plus as well. I just ordered more of this Vitamin Shoppe Sam-E. Vitamin Shoppe is so affordable but their products are also very high quality (I buy almost all of my supplements and vitamins from them). If you're looking for something to lift your mood and would rather not go down the Prozac route, and also don't want to spend a fortune, this product is for you. Highly recommended!
