(More customer reviews)For several years I had been suffering from leg cramps at night. they were severe enough to wake me three or four times every night. In the evenings, I would have them while watching TV. I spoke with several doctors about it and tests were made. My circulation was good and potassium levels were okay. Finally a nurse suggested that I might be low on magnesium. Since I have been taking these tablets, the cramps have stopped. In the past year I have been bothered by them on three or four occasions and then not as severe as in the past.
