(More customer reviews)I ordered Calm plus Calcium in the raspberry lemon flavor at my 26 yr. old daughter's recommendation. She is a runner, fitness junkie. She brought some home on her last visit and mixed a glass for me, saying it was good for muscles, regularity, and helped her sleep. I thought it tasted like flat water--but she put a weak dose in a VERY large glass of ice water. Anyway, I ordered my own container since I am supposed to be taking HUGE quantities of calcium (bones thinning, pre-osteoporosis, I suppose) and I thought any extra source of calcium I could find would be good. I have trouble choking down the supplements I'm supposed to take (vitamins often make me feel nauseated). I also liked the reviews I read of the product, many seeming to come from people in my age bracket--their fifties. I was REALLY pleased with this Raspberry Lemon flavor and the slight fizziness--it satisfies my desire for a SODA--so I'm going DAYS without a coke or Dr. Pepper--sipping a glass of this instead. I try to get in two glasses a day--mix it up in a 16 oz. Tervis Tumbler with ice and then add more ice as it melts--so it's weak by afternoon. If I drink a full glass at night I seem to REALLY sleep well--often having vivid dreams. The unexpected benefit I'm experiencing is that when I drink this before bedtimeI don't seem to be clenching my teeth in my sleep --something I've done for YEARS--My dentist even made me a bite guard which I wear at night to help with it. We went out of town for a week recently and I forgot to pack the bite guard. I drank this product every night before bed and I never once woke up with an aching jaw. I could tell I had not been clenching my teeth. Of course, it was a relaxing trip, so maybe that helped too, but I'm sold on this supplement as a way to get some good stuff in my system (calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D), help me drink more water--help me break my addiction to carbonated beverages, improve my sleep--ALL of it. Of all the things I currently take for a healthier lifestyle, right now I rank this product at the top. If my next bone scan shows an improvement I really WILL be sold!
