After exhausting nearly every resource I decided to try something containing glucosamine and chondroitin and randomly seleced this product. Within 3 days I noticed a difference in the pain level of my knee and my shins were pain-free. With the end of the week I am back to doing some jogging after 2 months of not being able to, with no ill effects! I am amazed! I will continue using this product faithfully and expect great things!
