(More customer reviews)I have been taking this for over 8 months and now I would not be without it. My doctor recommened it to me because my adrenal function wasn't working corrrectly but wasn't completely kaput. I was always tired and had no energy at all before, now my energy is up - i'm not running marathons but I can get off the couch on the weekends now. Granted I also started taking some other vitamins and he reduced some of my Rx's too. But I really believe this supplement has helped the most.
