(More customer reviews)CLA is one of the few products I purchase from this company and use on a daily basis, the other being Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins, 180-Count. I enjoy ON because their proucts are high quality, albeit sometimes expensive. The Product came within the expected timeframe and in perfect condition. In order for CLA to promote lean mass and fat loss, it must be used for about 5-6 months with 2-3g per day, which means 4 ON CLA pills everyday. This product is a staple item in my supplementation, but because CLA promotes results over a long period of time, I gave the product 4 stars because there is no immediate result for whether or not the product is working. A change in diet would promote more visible results than taking this supplement. So, because there are no immediate results with CLA, the reason I chose Optimum Nutrition over some of the other brands are because I use other ON items that are effective, so I trust this brand. Also, I like the dosage size being 750mg. The bottle might say take 2 pills 3x a day, but studies believe that 3g daily is just as effective, both in terms of health and cost.
