Most helped with mood elevation, although far, far too many gave me significant stomach pain. This particular product, made by a good company, provides mood elevation with no stomach pain at all for me or my daughter. Also, it's great to be able to take one tablet rather than the 3 tablets/capsules per day usually required to to obtain the minimal clinical dose.
