I originaly bought this for a sleep-aid but after taking it for only 2 days I realized my hip/knee pain had gone away. After looking on the web I saw that others had said that this is great for joint pain. I have had hip and knee pain from an accident for the last 5 yrs. I have been to my doctor many times for tests and he said it was a muscle strain to which he prescribed muscle relaxers which I can't tolerate. I basically decided to live with the pain until I stumbled on this product. You have to mix it with a little boiling water then you can add it to any cool drink. It's a bit sour but if you add it to something sweet it tastes fine. Hope this review helps someone :)
