(More customer reviews)I used this flour as part of an Apple Pie recipe from Alton Brown. It took a little long to get here but that's OK. I didn't want to deviate from the recipe. I checked out the product on several web sites before ordering. The bag should last a pretty good while. I appreciate being able to order from Amazon!
