(More customer reviews)When I have trouble going to sleep because the "noise in my head" just won't shut up or if I'm overly tired, Silent Night caps do the trick. I fall asleep and have no grogginess or hangover the next morning.
The only problem, and it is a problem with all herbal sleeping aids, is that they don't always work to keep me asleep. I will sometimes wake up 4 hours later and have trouble getting back to sleep.
Thankfully, my sleeplessness is rare.
