(More customer reviews)After going to the dr repeatedly with fatigue, migraines, hair loss, strange aches, body twitches and hives, I began to suspect that I had an autoimmunity problem like both of my sisters (lupus and addison's),my father, my grandmother, and all of my great aunts. The vitB complex that my dr. reccommended made me nauseous and burp vit b all day. I tried Optivite because it has a small amount of Hydrocloric acid to boost digestive power, but I had the same nausea afterward (and I took both with food). My grandmother has developed pernicious anemia and was recommended sublingual b drops. While listening to her describe her complaints I suspected that I have something similar. After doing some research I picked Nature's Bounty as the supplement to go with. The dropper with the product could be better, it doesn't have the proper suction power or is leaky or something- but the actual supplement has made a world of difference. My migraines have lessened in frequency and severity, I am less achey in the morning and have fewer afternoon crashes. My hives (on the hands) have gone away along with the tingly patches of skin (outer thighs and mid back) that mystified my Dr and made her treat me like a hypochondriac. My thinking is clearer, and energy more stable. I know it won't make such a big difference for everyone, but if you know you lack B vitamins I would go straight to this sublingual rather than buying any pill version. It is less harsh on your stomach and it soaks straight into your bloodstream which makes it not dependant on the ability of your digestive system to assimilate it. I am able to take it even without food which helps on days I am rushing out of the house and have to eat on the way to work. All in all, a good buy- so good I bought the 4 pack.
